By using ConciergeGo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

ConciergeGo is your personal concierge for reservations, reminders and everyday requests, in Arabic and English.

ConciergeGo helps you search for restaurants and access reservation options made available by venues or reservation providers. Accommodation and hotel features are being prepared and are not enabled yet. Signed-in users can search for flights and compare offers; booking and payment happen with the booking agency you choose.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that takes place through your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, such as names, dates, party size and contact details. Incorrect information may lead to a rejected request or extra provider charges.

Each search or request is initiated by you.

Important steps may require your explicit confirmation before they are carried out, and details are shown to you for review beforehand.

Some features rely on venues and third-party reservation providers, and you may be directed to a provider's page to complete your request.

A reservation is confirmed only when the relevant venue or provider confirms it.

Availability and pricing information comes from venues or providers and may change or expire before a request is completed. We do not guarantee such information until the relevant provider confirms it.

Change, cancellation and refund rules are set by the relevant venue or provider under its own terms, and should be reviewed when completing a request.

ConciergeGo does not process any payments at this time. Where an amount is due, it is paid directly to the venue or the relevant provider under its own terms.

Delivery of reminders and notifications depends on your device, browser, network and the relevant notification services, and cannot be guaranteed to arrive at an exact time. Please do not rely on them alone for critical matters.

ConciergeGo is for personal, lawful use. It may not be used for unlawful activity, to create fake or abusive requests, or to attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

The ConciergeGo name, emblem, service content and design are owned by or licensed to us. Content belonging to venues and providers remains the property of its owners.

The service may include links to third-party pages. Those pages are governed by their own terms and policies, and we do not control their content.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but it may be interrupted or changed, and we may add, modify or discontinue features. The service also depends on third-party systems outside our control.

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability, and without guaranteeing the outcomes of venues or providers or the accuracy of their information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, or for the acts of independent venues and providers. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in cases of misuse, breach of these terms, or risks to the security of the service.

We may update these terms as the service or relevant requirements change. The last updated date will appear at the top of this page. Where changes are material or notice is required, we will provide appropriate notice as applicable.
