ConciergeGo respects your privacy. We process information provided through the service only as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, maintain account functionality, protect the service and comply with applicable requirements.

This policy explains, in plain language, the kinds of information the service needs, why it is processed, and how to contact us about it.

We do not sell personal information.

Personal information is not used for third-party advertising.

Personal information is not shared for third-party marketing.

We do not use advertising trackers or tracking pixels.

We do not collect precise device location.

Raw voice recordings are not retained by ConciergeGo after processing.

Information is processed only as necessary for requested functionality and legitimate service operation.

ConciergeGo uses privacy-limited product analytics to understand how the service is used and to improve it. Analytics are hosted within the European Union.

Analytics events exclude conversation content and direct account details such as your name, email address and phone number, as well as search text and any free-form input.

When you are signed in, analytics may use a pseudonymous identifier that cannot be linked back to your account without access to ConciergeGo's own systems, used only to measure aggregate usage and retention.

For signed-out visitors, analytics create no persistent cross-session identifier and store nothing in your browser.

You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings; the service keeps working exactly the same.

What is needed depends on the features you choose to use, and may include:

Account and profile information, such as your email, name and time zone.

Information necessary to carry out the requests or features you choose to use.

Preferences or information you ask us to remember.

Reminders and their scheduled times.

Search or reservation details you request.

Device registration information needed to deliver notifications, if you enable them.

When you use ConciergeGo, the content of your interaction is processed as necessary to respond to your request, maintain continuity of the interaction, and provide the features you choose to use.

When you use voice, your speech is processed to convert it into text.

Raw microphone recordings are not retained after processing.

Generated speech audio is not retained by ConciergeGo.

We may retain preferences or information relevant to personalisation and continuity, so you do not need to repeat them each time.

You can review, edit or delete this saved information inside the app, where the product supports it.

When you choose Google Sign-In, basic Google account information required for authentication may be used, such as your email address and basic profile name information.

This is used to authenticate you, create or identify your ConciergeGo account, and maintain account functionality.

Google account information is not sold, and is not used for advertising or third-party marketing.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.

ConciergeGo does not collect precise device location.

You may voluntarily provide a city, area or destination when requesting a location-dependent service, and it is used to carry out your request.

We rely on technology and service providers where necessary to authenticate accounts, process requested language and voice functions, deliver notifications, search for places and services, and facilitate reservation requests or handoffs.

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to perform the requested function, and such services may operate under their own privacy terms where applicable.

Some service providers may process information in countries outside Saudi Arabia where necessary to provide the service. Such processing is handled in accordance with applicable requirements, as relevant.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls that limit each user's data to their own account.

No system can guarantee absolute security, and we do not make promises we cannot verify.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, maintain legitimate service functionality, meet security requirements, or comply with applicable obligations.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods, depending on their purpose.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate service and security requirements.

Some settings are available in the app; other requests can be made through the contact form.

The service is not intentionally designed to solicit personal information from children where parental or legal authorisation would be required. If such information reaches us, you can contact us so it can be addressed.

We may update this policy as the service changes or new features are added. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
